At One-Thirty Co., we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final and we cannot accept returns for hygienic reasons.

1. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective:

• Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at 130.onethirty.co@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the product.

• Once approved, we will issue a replacement or store credit for the item.

2. Order Errors

If you receive the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will correct the error at no cost to you.

3. Final Sale Items

All lash and cosmetic products are final sale and are not eligible for refunds, except in cases of damage or error as outlined above.
